SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The deadline for submitting the entry is Dec. 31, 2012, 11:59 p.m. CST (UTC/GMT +8 hours)

Entries for WIJA 2012 must be reports published between Jan. 1, 2010 to Oct. 31, 2011.

The fee is US$200 per entry. Each nominator is allowed to submit a maximum of THREE entries.

※ Payment of each entry must be made within 7 DAYS after confirmation of your submission. Payment information will be sent to you via email.

All nominators must submit an ONLINE ENTRY FORM and upload the ENTRY SCRIPT FORM.
Media files must be made in digital format (.mpeg2, H264, or HD are accepted) and uploaded to our awards server. Server information will be sent out after you submit your entry form.
If entry is a series of multiple stories (maximum 3 pieces), each story must be named and presented separately.
A description of journalistic methods and presentation techniques.
Reports should be submitted as its original format aired on the channel, including presenter’s lead.
Full English script and translation should be provided if the story is not produced in English.
Multi-part or series entries must be limited to a maximum of 30 MINUTES total running time and must not include more than 3 parts of one series.
Failure to properly submit all materials as requested will nullify the application.
